"I'd like to start out with how helpful Bensenville Animal Hospital was! My little kitty started limping yesterday and she had some inflammation on her paw. They were so great and squeezed us in today (on a busy SATURDAY) and I'm so glad I got in to see Dr. Sara Fox. She is clearly such an animal lover and approached my painful kitty with such gentle hands. She was so thorough and took her time making sure we got a complete exam. Dr. Fox explained everything and went over our treatment plan making sure I understood everything, answering all my questions. Despite squeezing me in, the wait was reasonable, the staff made me feel so comfortable and they didn't rush. The facility was spotlessly clean, front desk receptionist Maria was very welcoming and friendly. Our tech, Shannon, was also very gentle and kind, plus she gave my scared kitty some extra attention which we both appreciated. The staff were all professional and very accommodating. I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Fox again."
