Staff is great. They are very kind and patient. I took my cat here for various things, mind you, it was his 1st time and he was so scared. They did not force him or push him. Their patience was great and I am very thankful that they understood my cat's situation. He was so scared and they did their best to help make a bad situation good and help him feel comfortable.

What a great little place! Friendly staff with a very welcoming atmosphere. I had my dog spayed here and I could not have been happier. Andrea took great care of her and held her paw all the way through the procedure. From start to finish the staff at the Bensenville Animal Hospital are always willing to go the extra mile to help out the patient and client.

They were so professional, patient, and nice. I appreciated all of the ladies. Not one minute of wondering what was happening which made me feel at ease and that our pet was getting great care.

The vet techs are so friendly and genuinely care for your pet. They always call the next day to see how your pet is doing. My dog feels comfortable around them too. Thank you for all your help!
