Important Updates

As many of you know the past couple of years have been challenging in the veterinary field to say the least and we want to start by saying thank you! Thank you for entrusting us with your pet’s care and for being such great clients. As with many other veterinary hospitals we at Bensenville Animal Hospital have had struggles with staffing, therefore our focus going into 2023 is set on hiring the right team members that share our core values, team building and training to provide you and your pets the best medical excellence we can!

To do this, we are temporarily suspending boarding services so we can focus on the medical side of things. We hope this isn’t for too long and that you understand our decision to prioritize the highest of standards we want to pass on to our clients and patients. We will announce as soon as we are ready to resume boarding again. If you need boarding services, please call us and we can offer some local suggestions.

Additionally, to allow us more time for training and developing our team, effective January 30th, 2023, we will be modifying our hours on a temporary basis.

Our new hours will be as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am – 6pm
Tuesday & Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 4pm

Again, we thank you for your support and are confident to return to full capacity with the best medical excellence, team culture and care that you all deserve.
