Bensenville Animal Hospital - Bio Placeholder

Francesca

Francesca is a Veterinary Technician here at Bensenville Animal Hospital and has been working in Veterinary Medicine for about 5 ½ years. She graduated from Loras College, with her bachelor’s degree in biology. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster program to further her education and receive my official certification as a Licensed Veterinary Technician.

“Working with animals has always been a passion of mine. I have an overload of empathy for animals which is why I started this journey in the first place. I’m most passionate about surgical procedures, general practice, and client education. I love teaching our clients new things about how to keep their fur babies as happy and healthy as possible. I strive in my leadership skills, my outgoing personality, and my down to earth compassion. I don’t like to pick favorites, but I love all the brachycephalic breeds; English bulldogs, Frenchie’s or really any type of bully breed will make my heart melt. I truly feel blessed to be working in this field. I really can’t see myself doing anything else. I’m very excited to see and experience new things and see how far this career will take me.”

Francesca spends her free time with her 3-year-old rescue dog, Ace. Her family is a huge part of life and her biggest support. She also likes to read, write, workout and try new food. She is big into Marvel movies, true crime podcasts and tattoos.
